Mission Statement and Purpose of
Florida Man For Ukraine Incorporated
The mission of this Corporation is to engage in charitable and educational activities to support Ukraine and its people who have been affected by conflict. Specifically, the Corporation is organized and shall operate exclusively for charitable purposes as defined under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, as more specifically outlined in Article I of these Bylaws and the Articles of Incorporation.
-Purpose
The purpose of this Corporation is to engage in charitable and educational activities to support
Ukraine and its people who have been affected by conflict. Specifically, the Corporation is organized
and shall operate exclusively for charitable purposes as defined under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal
Revenue Code. To this end, the Corporation shall:
● Provide humanitarian aid to support the basic needs, welfare, and recovery of individuals and
communities in Ukraine affected by conflict, including financial assistance and other critical
resources;
● Assist with the rebuilding and recovery efforts for Ukrainian communities, infrastructure, and
services disrupted by conflict, working through Ukrainian and international charitable
organizations;
● Facilitate partnerships and cooperation with organizations, agencies, and individuals outside
Ukraine who are committed to aiding Ukraine’s humanitarian and recovery efforts, fostering
an international network of support;
● Offer educational programs and resources to raise awareness about the impacts of the conflict,
the humanitarian needs of those affected, and peaceful recovery efforts, promoting informed
support and engagement from communities worldwide.
No part of the Corporation’s net earnings shall inure to the benefit of, or be distributable to, its
directors, officers, members, or other private persons, except for the payment of reasonable
compensation for services rendered and expenditures made in furtherance of the purposes set forth in
this article. The Corporation shall not engage in activities that involve the support or opposition of
political candidates or engage substantially in lobbying or political activity, except as permitted under
Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. In the event of dissolution, all remaining assets shall
be distributed for one or more tax-exempt purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the
Internal Revenue Code, or to a government entity for a public purpose.
